The best ice cream parlor in Cologne! Eight of the sorbet types are vegan, taste excellent and not at all artificial. The service was extremely friendly and has, among other things, pointed out that the waffles are not vegan and that traces of animal food can always be found on the vegan ice cream. Plus point: the cups and spoons are made of compostable material. I am willing to pay 1.5 € per scoop for this ice cream. My favorite: Sorbet Chocolat

The ice cream at Schmitz is top in taste and texture. You can tell that they work with high quality ingredients. No matter if sorbet or milk ice cream, you can't really go wrong. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this is worth € 1.50 per ball.

Ice creme cafe, yummy ice creme to go in a waffle/cup or enjoy it inside.

I might be biased since I'm such a quishe fan. But this place is really nice if you have a little money to spare.
